Full time position available for on-site supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are seeking an energetic and creative individual who enjoys working hands on with people, has the ability to multi task, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Main responsibilities/duties include:
• Providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Working closely with participants to insure daily workflow
• Assistance with Supportive Employment training
• Assisting the Department Manager with the art projects and marketing 
• Providing instruction and/or assistance for internal classes as they are offered to participants

Must complete required training through the agency.  HS Diploma or equivalent required with 4-year degree preferred. Position is Monday – Friday 8:00 – 4:30.  Submit resume to employment@communityworkforcesolutions.com

Full Time Job Coach Position

Full time position available providing vocational services to persons with disabilities in the Vance, Granville, Franklin, and Warren County areas. This position is responsible for providing Long Term Vocational Support to individuals employed through the Supported Employment program. Duties will include conducting at least twice monthly visits to the job site and working with the employee and supervisor to ensure continuing employment for the individual. The position will have assigned cases for which documentation will be required including person centered plan meetings and submitting required paperwork including authorizations to the LME/MCO. 

Two years’ experience in rehabilitation/providing services to persons with disabilities required.  Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be eligible.  Must qualify as a Qualified IDD Professional under MH/DD/SAS guidelines.

Habilitation Technicians Wanted

Community Workforce Solutions, Inc. is looking for a few positive, energetic, dependable direct care staff who love supporting others.  Need staff to work in our day supports agency serving adults with developmental disabilities.  Must be available to work up to 6 hours per day as assigned primarily between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday.  

You would be assisting individuals in building life and social skills at the agency and in the community. You would also be assisting individuals in many other areas such as volunteering and attending tours out in the community while ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with an individualized support plan.

Background check, driving record check, health care registry and drug screen required prior to hire.  Must posses a valid NC driver’s license, have access to a vehicle and have appropriate insurance coverage.  Agency will provide training in CPR, First Aid, NCI and Medication Administration.
