For almost 60 years, CWS, a 501(c ) (3) non-profit organization, has been helping to build a better tomorrow for individuals with disabilities. Our programs and services offer opportunities for individuals living with disabilities, including transition-age youth, individuals with brain injuries, those seeking day program services and for individuals seeking vocational services. CWS partners with the community, families, professional organizations and others to achieve greatness through acceptance, opportunity and determination.

Program Information
ADMISSION’S PROCESS
An agency may not arbitrarily or without cause, deny or restrict services to any person or engage in any kind of adverse selection. Our Admission Criteria are designed to assure fair and equal access to services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Strict measures are taken to protect your right to confidentiality and privacy. The agency follows all Federal, State, and Local laws as well as the guidelines for the Health and Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
ACCESSIBILITY
We strive to provide an environment that is free of architectural, environmental, attitudinal, employment, and communication barriers. the agency further works towards removing barriers related to transportation and financial resources of the individual.
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE
We are dedicated to providing services that conform to the highest standards of accountability for administrative, clinical, business, marketing, and financial management services. As such the agency has a Corporate Compliance Program to assist with preventing and detecting fraud, waste, abuse, fiscal mismanagement and misappropriation of funds.
